FRAGOL uses a state-of-the-art, intelligent filling plant at Rhenus, equipped with the latest technologies. This allows us to guarantee the optimal plant configuration for your needs.
The choice is yours
We already have a wide range of standard containers in stock, so we are always ready for your orders. FRAGOL also specialises in filling special containers. We can supply our lubricants in a variety of small containers from 200 ml, large containers up to 20 litres (208 litre drums) or other packaging units. Alternatively, you can provide us with your own containers.
Minimising risks
Our completely segregated production vessels and filling lines reliably prevent any mixing or contamination. During the filling process, we comply with the strictest due diligence, hygiene and quality requirements of the ISO 21469 standard for the food industry. FRAGOL is also ISO 9001 certified. Regular audits and inspections, including by rabbis (kosher) and Muslim organisations (halal) where required, ensure our consistently high quality standards.
We put the lid on it
The containers can be closed either fully automatically or manually. Our lids are mechanically highly resilient. We also reliably protect your goods from leaking with a non-contact induction seal. So you always have the reassuring certainty that nothing can happen during transport and storage.
By the way: Our tried-and-tested, high-performance lubricants are also ideal as ‘private label’ brands with customised labels in the customer's design. This allows you to present yourself as the manufacturer.
Everything under one roof
With us, space is never a concern. We have several thousand pallet spaces available for the professional storage of bottled liquids. This means you can store your products with us exactly when and for as long as you need them. By storing them at FRAGOL, you reduce the amount of product on site and gain space.
On the move for you
We take care of shipping as quickly as possible. Of course, we also offer truck, ship, or plane services. Choose your specific pallet type, shipping packaging, and sorting sequence. You can either pick up your goods yourself, or we'll arrange everything for you. Upon request, we can also arrange private label or sender-neutral shipping. International shipments and special requirements (e.g., hazardous goods) are also possible.
