SPRAYS

FRAGOL sprays are the first choice for the maintenance and servicing of all types of equipment when it comes to the quick and targeted lubrication of hard-to-reach parts. FRAGOL sprays provide a cost effective and technically advanced solution for maintaining and lubricating system parts in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

All existing lubricant applications can be visualised and mapped using sprays. During application, attention must be paid to ignition sources and hazard warnings, as the propellants used generate aerosols which can lead to dangerous situations.

FRAGOL MULTI-PURPOSE SPRAY (MPS)

This is just one example from our sprays produkt range – all of which have demonstrated long-term reliability in real-world applications. It stands as a representative of our broad portfolio, which we continuously refine and expand. In line with FRAGOL’s commitment to delivering state-of-the-art, high-performance, and application-driven solutions.

As a universal lubricant in ISO VG 100, it is indispensable in workshops and industrial settings. Whether for eliminating squeaks in moving parts or ensuring long-lasting smooth operation – it loosens stiff and rusted screw connections and protects components and contacts against corrosion. Suitable as a relubrication agent for all standard lubrication points.

Our authorised distributors are available at any time to provide tailored advice or assist with specific orders. They also support you in selecting the most suitable product – precisely matched to your individual requirements.

Selection criteria for sprays are:

  • Definition of the lubrication point
  • Viscosity performance at low and high temperatures
  • Manufacturer specifications
  • Chemical stability and elastomer resistance
  • Special requirements such as H1 registration (sprays for food grade lubricants)

Virtually all applications can be optimally covered with FRAGOL sprays. The use of silicone-based sprays should always be discussed with the operations and maintenance manager on site.

Once the system parameters have been determined, the lubrication technician (or tribologist) can use different lubricant formulations to select a lubricant that will optimise the performance of the application. As each chemical composition has its own advantages and disadvantages, the selection of the correct composition is critical to achieving the tribological system parameters.
