H1 Greased parts

H1 greased parts from FRAGOL are defined and designed with a simple goal in mind: a wide range of applications and compliance with the highest quality standards. Areas in which the lubricant should never come into contact with food in liquid form are predestined for the use of lubricating greases.

FRAGOL H1 greased parts are manufactured according to the specifications of ISO 21469:2006. All H1 greased parts fulfil the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and are either 2Probity and/or NSF H1 registered. FRAGOL H1 greased parts oils are used where incidental, technically unavoidable contact with food may occur. They contain no animal or genetically modified ingredients, are free from allergens and are Kosher and Halal certified.

FRAGOL H1 greased parts are mainly developed and manufactured with thickeners based on aluminium complex soaps and calcium sulphonate complex soaps. Water resistance to water resistance, the absorption of extremely high pressures and the reliable dissipation of high operating temperatures are just some of the tasks that FRAGOL H1 greased parts perform at all times and over long periods.

Use and areas of application:

 

  • Open and closed bearings or open lubrication points
  • Highly loaded, fast or high-speed bearings
  • Gearboxes and chain links
  • Use as a sealing aid and replacement
  • Machines that operate under the use of water
