H1 chain oils from FRAGOL fulfil an important role in the industrial production of foodstuffs. Lubricants with extreme adhesion are required here, which at the same time do not drip onto the food even at very high temperatures, protect the units used and are resistant to dust, water vapour and acids.
High temperatures, sometimes open flames and the constant influence of water vapour and use in water baths make H1 chain oils from FRAGOL an indispensable part of food production.
FRAGOL H1 chain oils are manufactured according to the specifications of ISO 21469:2006. All H1 chain oils fulfil the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and are either 2Probity and/or NSF H1 registered. FRAGOL H1 chain oils are used where incidental, technically unavoidable contact with food may occur. They contain no animal or genetically modified ingredients, are free from allergens and are Kosher and Halal certified.
Unlike gear oils, chain cables, Bowden cables and wire and steel cables are exposed and unprotected during production, often coming into direct contact with the production process. This is why the formulation of these H1 chain oils (based on esters at FRAGOL) is so important, as it enables them to fulfil these difficult operating conditions.
